﻿VoiceX Technical Support is a chargeable service.

If you have a VoiceX Annual Support Agreement (ASA), you must provide the ASA Number to the VoiceX Support Technician at the start of the service.

Support charges are as follows:

• PAYG Technical Support - $39 per 15 minute block
• Dragon Installation & 1 Hour User Training - $199
• Dictation/Transcription Installation & Configuration - $59 per licence or PC
• All other fixed priced training or software implementation as quoted

Payment is due in full at the end of the support session and can be made by Visa, MasterCard or EFT.
